Yes, bonhoeffer was part of it. The complaint I found out about the Confessing Church was that they didn’t go far enough, but considering he was martyred I’m not sure one could ask much more.
Evil and the Justice of God would be a good resource for anyone wanting to think more about “powers and principalities”

Was D. Bonhoeffer part of the Confessing Church in Germany? I have been listening to N.T. Wright’s “Evil and the Justice of God”… I see correlation between your thoughts. Good sermon, great food for thoughts…and actions!
